AdvisorPro solves for a financial advisor’s biggest problem – the inability to see a complete picture of their client’s finances.
This initiative created a new business for the company, projected to become profitable on a $150M investment in 3 years.
WorkWise is a workflow management tool used by companies who help their client plan their finances.
Asked to “webify” PDF forms which are still core to financial workflows, this project used insights from research to redefine the complete workflow in a digital format.
Like many large government departments, the Department of Services struggles to respond to disruptive change through an effective strategy-to-execution workflow.
Using a capabilities-based framework, this project mapped the strategy to services, capabilities and initiatives, and making this visible through a digital platform.
